The rod is built on a premium grade carbon blank with stainless steel frame guides fitted with titanium oxide rings, a DPS downlocking reel seat, an EVA fore grip and a cork with EVA armlock handle, plus a hook keeper. The 9ft model suits scratching for delicate bites on commercial venues in the colder months, while the longer 10ft and 11ft versions are aimed at distance fishing on a range of waters. The 3012A size Ninja match and feeder reel is designed for both mono and braided mainlines. Its smooth winding action comes from 4 ball bearings and Infinite Anti-Reverse, while the graphite body and Air Rotor keep weight down and the enhanced rotor shape helps performance under load.
