The Kadai BBQ Smoker Lid turns a fire pit into a functional smoker BBQ for slow cooking, smoking meats, roasting or baking. It is fitted with a temperature gauge and an adjustable vent that draws heat and smoke over the food. The supporting ring has a spacer to help with airflow and a rest to hold the lid when checking food, and it locks into the Gothic High Stand to keep the lid secure.
