Penn Squadron IV Travel Boat 7ft 30-50lb 4pcs

Description

The Penn Squadron IV Travel Boat is a 7ft, 30-50lb class boat rod built for anglers who need serious stopping power in a package that travels easily. The four-piece design breaks down to fit into a standard suitcase, avoiding oversized baggage fees and the risk of damage to a two-piece rod in transit. This 30-50lb model is the heavy lifter of the range, with the backbone to handle big halibut and powerful wreck-dwelling ling on trips to destinations such as Norway or the Florida Keys. The rod is built on a high-modulus 24T carbon blank. Rather than feeling stiff or steppy at the joints as some travel rods do, the four-piece design has been adjusted to keep the action smooth and progressive.
