Westin W2 Deadbait Canal & Drains Semi-Tele Rod

Description

The Westin W2 Deadbait Canal and Drains Semi-Tele Rod is purpose-built for traditional deadbait fishing on smaller waters such as canals, drains and compact venues. Its carefully engineered blank allows soft deadbaits to be cast smoothly and accurately, even at longer distances when required. The powerful yet responsive action provides plenty of backbone for positive hook sets, while still offering the control needed to subdue hard-fighting predators. Perfect for targeting pike, this rod also doubles as an excellent option for zander deadbaiting, making it a versatile addition to any predator angler's setup. Finished with a modern semi-telescopic design, the rod offers excellent performance while remaining easy to transport and store — ideal for mobile anglers or tight access locations. - Designed for traditional deadbait fishing - Ideal for canals, drains and compact venues - Smooth, accurate casting of soft deadbaits - Powerful yet responsive action - Backbone for positive hook sets - Control to subdue hard-fighting predators - Suitable for pike - Suitable for zander deadbaiting - Semi-telescopic design - Easy to transport and store
