The PENN Regiment IV Slow Jig Casting Rod is a 6'2" one-piece rod built for slow jigging, giving uninterrupted sensitivity and a direct feel through the blank. The design is intended for precise control over the jig, even when fishing at depths of several hundred metres. It uses original Fuji Fazlite guides, and the butt section is left almost free of EVA to maximise sensitivity so that even slight movements can be detected. The advanced blend of carbon fibres keeps the rod exceptionally lightweight while remaining responsive, so it can be fished hard throughout a long session without fatigue.
