Description
The Penn Fathom 25N Star Drag is a casting reel built around a live spindle design, which allows the spool to spin independently of the spindle and pinion gear. This reduces the friction that builds up from the extreme acceleration of the spool during a cast, making it one of the most castable star drag reels available. - Capacity: 290yds / 25lb - Recovery: 40in / 1020mm - Max Drag: 25lb / 11.3kg - Ratio: 4.3:1 - Bearings: 3+1 - Spool: Alu - 4 stainless steel shielded ball bearings - Instant anti-reverse bearing - Machine-cut marine grade bronze main gear with pinion - Live spindle with free floating spool
