Description

The Free Spirit Launcher Rod is built on a 40t carbon blank that gives smooth, crisp actions with slim diameters and good weight, balance and feel. The blank is wrapped in an SEA-3k cloth, a cosmetic pioneered by Free Spirit that produces a distinctive look and feel. Like other rods in the Free Spirit ranges, it carries a 'Perdurable' finish: the carbon is not covered with paints or lacquers designed to conceal imperfections, but is finished and ground so the quality of the material and finish remains visible. As with all Free Spirit rods, the Launcher is built on the spine, which helps it cast more accurately and last longer. The rod is finished with a Fuji DNPS-M20 reel seat, stainless steel collars and butt cap, a shrink rubber and EVA butt grip, and 'S'-Lite guides. It is available in both 12ft and 13ft lengths across three actions, including the MRS (Multi-Range Spod) and the LRS.
