Savage Gear Defiance SG6 Distance Game Spinning Rod 9’6″ 20-85g 2pc

Description

The Savage Gear Defiance SG6 Distance Game Spinning Rod 9'6" is a two-piece spinning rod rated to cast lures of 20-85g. At this length and rating it is built around genuinely big jerkbaits, swimbaits and glide baits, making it the size to reach for when big-bait pike fishing aimed at drawing takes from the biggest fish in a venue is exactly what you are planning to do. The Defiance SG6 Distance Game range is built with one aim: superior casting ability. The increased length of these rods makes them ideal when distance is essential, from casting lures above the swell on beaches or river mouths to surf fishing for sea bass or bluefish. They are particularly useful when fishing minnows, metal lures or spoons and sinking pencils.
