Description

The Matrix Ethos Platinum reels are mid-priced reels developed using knowledge gained from the HX Pro range, designed specifically for match anglers. They are available in 3000, 4000, 5000 and 6000 sizes. Each reel is built around a lightweight aluminium body with a carbon reinforced rotor and a sleek one-piece bail arm. An easy-reach spool helps with casting, while the fast-speed SDX multi disc drag system helps when playing fish. The 5000 and 6000 sizes add two line clips specifically for feeder fishing on multiple swims, along with slow oscillation and worm drive for improved line lay and a minimum resistance rotor brake. - 5+1 ball bearings on every reel - Gear ratio: 5.1:1 on the 3000 and 4000, 4.9:1 on the 5000 and 6000 - Weight: 3000 – 307g, 4000 – 316g, 5000 – 412g, 6000 – 435g - Line capacity: 3000 – 150m of Ø0.22mm, 4000 – 150m of Ø0.24mm, 5000 – 150m of Ø0.26mm, 6000 – 150m of Ø0.28mm - Retrieve per handle turn: 3000 – 79cm, 4000 – 86cm, 5000 – 90cm, 6000 – 96cm
