The Sharpes of Aberdeen Ajax is a four-piece fly rod built on a multi modulus blank, following the traditional Sharpe's approach to rod making. It has a fairly stiff middle to tip action with excellent recovery, which gives it outstanding performance when fishing from a bank. It is described as a user-friendly rod and will comfortably handle an intermediate or sinking line.
