Daiwa's Theory Speci float rod range was developed to give the specialist angler a single family of rods covering a wide mix of techniques, venues and species. After extensive development and field testing, six rods make up the Theory stable, intended to cover the majority of situations an angler is likely to face. The power float rods come in 14ft and 15ft versions, built to cope with situations where extra power is needed. They suit targeting big chub and barbel on rivers, trotting large sticks or bolos, or tackling tench on weedy gravel pits with slider or lift methods. Both models offer a line rating range of 3-8lb.
