Description

The Korda Kore Drykore Jacket is a waterproof, breathable outer shell built from a lightweight 15K fabric. It is designed to be worn over other clothing in colder months and is light enough that you barely notice wearing it. The 15K hydrophilic membrane is taped and sealed at the seams, making the jacket fully waterproof in heavy rain or snow, and it is also windproof, so even a strong gale cannot get through. The woven material provides a stretch fit, allowing complete freedom of movement for casting, playing fish, or climbing. The neck sits high to keep out draughts, with a soft-touch flap that stops the zipper rubbing against your face or chin. The integral hood adjusts via a toggle at the back so it fits over a cap and stays put in windy conditions, and it has a rigid peak that holds its shape and directs water off to the sides rather than onto your face. The waist is shaped so the jacket is longer at the back, keeping you dry when you sit down and preventing it from riding up. The cuffs use Velcro fastenings to create a tight, adjustable seal around the wrists and stop water running down your sleeves when you raise your arms to cast. The zips are high quality throughout and designed to keep water out of both the main zip and the two large external pockets, which can be used for storage or to protect your hands.
