That extra power also comes into its own when playing strong fish over mixed rough ground, boulders and snags. Rated to cast up to 7oz, the rod performs at its best with 6oz and bait, making it a sensible choice in strong winds and running tides when a bonus larger fish is on the cards. The blank is light and strong, built from 24ton carbon, and is rung throughout with K guides and fitted with a DPS reel seat.
