It is built around a free-floating spool system supported by ABEC 5 stainless steel bearings, and its dual braking system pairs centrifugal and magnetic brakes so it can be tuned for smooth, trouble-free casting by beginners or optimised for expert casters chasing extreme distances. The low-profile aluminium cage sits 5mm closer to the rod, giving the thumb extra control during powerful casts and reducing the risk of spool slip.
