Description

The Tronixpro Xenon Power Beach Rod is a two-piece traditional beachcaster built around a fast taper blank, designed to fish big baits at long range. It suits general surf beaches, clean and mixed ground, rock marks, and structures such as piers where bigger conger are targeted. It is a practical choice when fishing a big sea, a fast running tide or deep water, and it handles a wide range of species including bass, cod, ray, huss, conger, tope and smoothhound. The rod can cast weights up to 8oz while still incorporating a powerful but sensitive tip for registering delicate bites. In testing this proved particularly useful when conger fishing, the tip giving good indication of shy fish mouthing baits.
