The Patagonia Women's Swiftcurrent Expedition Zip-Front Waders are designed for serious women anglers, offering durability and performance in rugged conditions for all-season use. These expedition-grade waders were developed and field-tested by Patagonia's team of women anglers, with an evolved patterning and fit to enhance functionality. Constructed with Patagonia's H2No® Performance Standard, the waders feature a 4-layer shell made from 100% recycled polyester microfiber with a recycled polyester backer. The upper body utilizes a lighter 5.6-oz, 50-denier face fabric to reduce bulk, while the lower legs, subject to higher abrasion, are reinforced with a tougher 9.4-oz, 100-denier face fabric. The shell incorporates a waterproof and breathable barrier along with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish that is free of intentionally added PFAS. The waders feature a single-seam construction for durability and abrasion resistance, complemented by a gusseted crotch, articulated seat, and repatterned legs to improve mobility and reduce seam stress during wading and bank climbing. A submersible YKK® front zipper simplifies layering and entry, while quick-release adjustable suspenders allow for seamless conversion from chest-high to waist-high wear.
