Description

The NuFish Defenda Rod Case is a hard-shell rod holdall built to carry rods either made up ready to fish or broken down unthreaded. Its durable ABS construction holds its shape under pressure, so rods and reels stay protected even when the case takes a knock in transit. At 195cm long, the Defenda is flexible on what it carries, taking everything from 3-piece 14ft feeder rods down to 2-piece 12ft rods. The shaped reel area allows more than one made-up rod to be stored per side, and with room for 2 large reels per side, or up to 3 small float rods per side, the same case can work as a 2, 4 or even 6-rod holdall depending on how you load it. A padded internal divider separates the rods and doubles as storage, with a long pouch for landing net handles on one side and a shorter pouch for quiver tips on the other. It suits feeder and match fishing where multiple made-up rods need to be ready the moment you reach the peg, float fishing sessions where a range of rigs is carried for changing conditions, and mixed-length rod collections kept in one case. Three internal securing straps and a lined inner casing keep everything in place during transport, while an adjustable padded shoulder strap, padded carry handles and a pull strap make the case easier to lift in and out of the car and to carry to your peg, even fully loaded.
