The limp feel helps the line cast long distances with ease, while the x8 core provides the strength needed to handle big deep-water fish, from halibut in the cold depths off Norway to fast, hard-fighting species in the warmer waters of the Mediterranean. A thin coating of highly durable microcrystalline polymer helps keep the diameter down and makes knots easy to tie and quick to cinch tight.
