Penn Tidal XR Surf Rod

Description

The Penn Tidal XR is part of Penn's Tidal Surfcasting Concept, a range built specifically for surfcasting anglers. The blanks combine high modulus 30/40T carbon with Carbon X-Wrap technology, which adds strength and reduces twisting for improved casting accuracy and control while keeping the blank lightweight, responsive and slim. Fuji Alconite K-type guides are fitted throughout to help achieve maximum casting distance and prevent the line tangling around the guides. A strong glow in the dark finish makes bites easier to spot in low light, and a special X-Shrink casting grip gives maximum control during the cast. Six versions are available with Sensitips.
