The Westin W6 Bombarda Rod is built for anglers who need to reach fish at extreme range. At 11 feet 4 inches (3.45m) with a medium-heavy 11–38g casting weight, it is designed to get the most out of Bombarda floats and light trailing lures, making it a strong choice for sea trout, salmon, and distance predator fishing. The blank uses Torayca High Performance Carbon, which gives the rod the combination of casting power and feel that this technique demands. The long length and responsive action work together to launch Bombarda floats well beyond the range of a standard rod, while the sensitive tip lets you feel the light flutter of a trailing lure. The powerful medium-heavy mid-section provides the hook-setting force and fish-fighting control needed when you are connected to a fish at distance.
