Description

The Avet SXJ 6/4 G2 Magic Cast is the narrow spool version of the standard SX two-speed MC reel. That narrower spool is intended to give easier line lay and reduced cranking wobble during fast retrieve applications such as jigging. The reel is precision machined from 6061 T-6 marine grade aluminium and stainless steel components, then anodised for corrosion resistance and a durable finish. The lever drag is fully adjustable, giving complete control of the carbon fibre drag system, and the patented silent dog and anti-reverse system is built for reliability. Eight sealed stainless steel bearings keep things smooth under load, while the offset machined handle reduces the centreline profile. Gear changes are made with the button centred in the handle, which keeps shifting quick and easy to reach.
