Description

This is the butt section for the Guru Aventus 12ft Distance Feeder rod, offered as a spare or replacement part to restore the rod to working order. It must be used alongside the 12ft Aventus Distance Feeder tip section and a Guru Distance Quivertip to complete the full rod. The butt section is built with oversized top-spec Fuji Alconite K-Guides, designed to be durable and to prevent frap-ups and tangles. All guides are strategically positioned to give the rod the correct compression, casting and playing action. An A-Grade cork handle provides comfort and hardwearing performance, featuring the Armlock design for fish-playing control, and is finished with a Fuji DPS reel seat. The butt of the rod is completed with a moulded bespoke Guru EVA hand grip with finger moulds to help hand positioning on the cast, enabling maximum compression, distance and accuracy. The handles are longer than normal, which helps with casting distance and accuracy by providing more leverage and power.
