The Gardner UltraPult Large Particle Catapult is a medium-framed carp fishing catapult built for quick, consistent and accurate bait application. The frame is strong, reinforced and moulded, combining rigidity with low weight, and the elastics are high-quality American-made latex mounted on anti-twist fittings. Comfortably sculptured anti-slip handgrips complete the build, making these catapults a significant step up in performance and longevity. The anti-twist elastic attachment at the frame, paired with the high-grade latex elastic, is what allows you to maintain accuracy in practice. The combination lets you settle into a rhythm of firing bait out without the annoying pauses that come from having to untangle elastics, which slows you down and disrupts your baiting. These catapults suit a variety of baits and let you bait a swim without the disturbance that spodding inevitably causes. Unlike a throwing stick used with boilies, a catapult doesn't cause the bait to spin — the main factor that holds boilies up in the water long enough for boilie-stealing gulls to plunder them. The UltraPult frame is medium-sized at 16cm across, with a comfortable and reasonably sized handgrip. Two pouch options are available: a large pouch (Particle) or a medium-sized pouch (Boilie). The Particle UltraPult features a large-sized pouch suitable for baiting up quickly with larger volumes of boilie or particle baits. Each catapult is supplied with high-quality, heavy-duty US surgical elastics. These high-grade elastics and each type of pouch are available separately, so you can change the configuration of your UltraPult if needed.
