Gardner Covert XT Kwik Lok Swivels have been adjusted and strengthened, making them a quick change component suited to Ronnie Rigs and other rigs where the swivel needs to be fixed to the hook through the eye. The wire gauge used in the crook and eyes has been stepped up for extra strength, and both the inner diameter and the gape of the crook have been tweaked to make them easier to use, so mounting them on and taking them off the hook eye is straightforward. Because of these changes the swivels are now fully reusable, as the crook no longer needs to be distorted to close it once fitted onto the hook.
