PikePro Single Treble Traces are hand-made in the UK using only the finest components, and are the only traces to carry the Pike Anglers Club of Great Britain seal of approval. Each trace is fitted with a single size treble hook, making it a good choice for small livebaits and deadbaits, and it works particularly well for float fishing with either. The hook is an extra-strong semi-barbless pattern, and the trace is built from hand-crimped 45lb seven-strand PikePro wire. All hooks and swivels are finished with rig sleeves, which give the rig a neat finish and help reduce tangles. A bait flag is supplied with the trace to help hold the bait securely and add extra attraction. These traces can also be used in combination with PikePro Rotary Uptraces when fishing float paternoster rigs. - Size 8 hooks – baits from 4 to 6, such as small smelt, sprats, small trout and zander packs. - Size 6 hooks – baits from 6 to 8, such as medium and large smelt, sardines, mini herring, pollan, medium trout, eel section, sandeel and coarse fish. - Size 4 hooks – baits of 8 plus, such as joey mackerel, jacks, half bluey, maxi trout, maxi coarse fish and eel chunks.
