Evolve Tackle Flexi QC Weight Clips feature integrated steel swivels and an internal eye that connects directly to your line or leader, removing the need for pegs and keeping the setup as safe as possible. The internal eye holds bulky knots and connections away from the tail rubber, so lead ejection is not compromised and performance stays consistent across all arrangements. If the lead becomes stuck in weed or snags, the clip allows it to detach. The rear shaft is smooth, with no ridges, and parallel, so tail rubbers remove predictably and reliably from every position. The system offers two different tail rubbers for fine tuning weight or lead retention and release, sold separately. These tail rubbers come in two formats, plus and minus, with different release forces, so the setup can be tuned to the size of lead being used, the line or leader in use, and the demands of the swim — in other words, how much force you want before the lead is ejected. A unique slot lets mainlines and leaders be connected to the internal eye and then pulled into the clip for a direct assembly. The main bore also allows larger leaders to be assembled by pulling them through with a gated baiting needle. The clip is designed so the tail rubber does not fully remove from the end after lead detachment, keeping the slot sealed at all times.
