Nash Helicopter Top Bead Leadcore

Description

The Nash Helicopter Top Bead is a top release bead designed for chod and helicopter rigs, used on Cling-On leadless leaders or Leadcore. It allows links to be secured for the longest casts while still sliding free in the event of line breakage, helping to prevent a carp from towing end tackle and avoiding discarding components into the environment. Thread the bead over spliced loops using a gated needle for optimum grip. Under controlled pressure the bead slides from the tapered central stop, allowing a hooklink to pass safely off the leader. Tungsten impregnated, the extra dense Leadcore Helicopter Beads also add weight to the leader for improved concealment, especially when slack lining. Leadcore Helicopter Top Beads can be re-used by threading on to Splicing Needles (T8805) and mounting again for a new end tackle.
