Gardner Specialist Sharpened Covert Dark Wide Gape Hooks

Description

The Gardner Specialist Sharpened Covert Dark Wide Gape hooks are hand-sharpened carp hooks built around the Talon Tip profile. Each point is sharpened by hand to create an acute needle point intended to deliver fast, aggressive penetration on the take. The wide gape shape increases hooking potential and improves hook holds, and it suits bottom baits and critically balanced presentations fished over clean lakebeds. The signature Covert coating keeps visibility low on the lakebed and offers anti-glare properties, which helps when targeting specimen carp in pressured venues. The barbed pattern adds security during hard fights, helping keep fish pinned near snags or weedbeds. Every hook is hand-sharpened and checked against exacting standards before it leaves the factory.
