Description

The Westin Jerkbite SR is a slim suspending jerkbait built to be fished as a jerkbait or twitchbait in any conditions. Work it fast and aggressively with short or longer pauses depending on the mood of the fish, or slow things down in the colder months with longer pauses between each twitch. Even on a steady retrieve it produces a strong action. The pauses are where the strike comes, with the balanced suspending action holding the lure right in the strike zone. The integrated long cast system uses two steel balls that drop into the tail on the cast and settle in the belly on the retrieve, giving long, accurate casts and adding to the darting action, just like a panicking baitfish.
