Description

The Savage Gear Sandeel Pencil SW is a saltwater lure built from a 3D scan of a real sandeel, giving it a natural profile. Combined with a seductive head-up attitude and a slim S-curve wiggle, it is designed to draw strikes. The lure sinks slowly but runs level on the retrieve, so you can work it through the depths where feeding fish are holding. A steady retrieve works well, and adding a pause makes the lure flutter and roll backwards, which can trigger hard strikes. A built-in rattle chamber sends out a loud clicking sound when the lure is twitched, adding attraction. The extreme long cast design helps you cover the maximum amount of water. The Sandeel Pencil SW is fitted with an SGY 2X UAR SW treble: - 90mm – #5 - 120mm – #5 - 150mm – #6 plus #4 belly hook An inline single hook is included as an alternative rigging option: - 90mm – 1/0 - 125mm – 2/0 - 150mm – 3/0
