PikePro XL Curved Forceps 10 Inch

Description

The PikePro XL Curved Forceps 10 Inch are designed for efficient hook extraction, particularly for pike and other predatory fish. Constructed from extra-strong stainless steel, these durable forceps feature a 10 inch (24cm) overall length, making them suitable for reaching deeply seated hooks. The curved jaws facilitate easy removal, while comfortable, high-visibility rubberised handles provide a secure grip, even in cold conditions. These artery-style forceps can be used by clamping the jaws around the hook shank and gently pushing down. For hooks that are more deeply embedded, the closed forceps can be carefully inserted through the gill cover, avoiding the rakers, to turn the hook 180-degrees for extraction.
