Drennan Groundbait Catapult XL Aqua

Description

The Drennan Groundbait Catapult XL Aqua is built for maximum distance work with balls or "barrels" of groundbait. Its elastic gives a positive feel throughout the full length of its stretch, which lets an experienced angler place groundbait accurately at any distance between 30 and 60 metres. Keep the ball of groundbait small — around the size of a tangerine — and distances of 70 to 80 metres become achievable. The catapult uses high quality elastic, moulded finger grip handles, and pouches with a special bait cradle. For accuracy, pick a far-bank feature as a marker and aim at that point every time. Hold the catapult by fully extending the forward arm and locking the elbow by turning the wrist over. To achieve consistent distance, stretch the elastic back by exactly the same amount on each shot and keep the trajectory, or angle of release, consistent. The balls of groundbait also need to be the same size and weight for maximum effect. - The Aqua Ground Bait Caty has extra strong latex for 50m to 80m ranges
