Shimano Kairiki G5 Braid 150m

Description

The Shimano Kairiki G5 is a braided line built for light lure fishing, including perch fishing. It uses a four-yarn braid construction with a core yarn made from a higher-gravity material, which makes it a fast-sinking braid with high visibility so you can see every bite. Because the line is heavier, it is less affected by wind during the cast and by current during the initial drop on the water, giving the angler better control when presenting lures. During the sinking phase it sinks faster than regular braided line, which makes it easier to fish lighter rigs at depth. Other high-gravity lines such as nylon and fluorocarbon do not offer the same properties: compared with those, the Kairiki G5 has no stretch and a much higher breaking strength. The Shimano Kairiki G5 is developed for the dedicated perch fishing fanatic as well as for other forms of light lure fishing. - 150m spools - Available in Hi-Viz Orange and Steel Gray
