Westin Pro Measure Mat

Description

The Westin Pro Measure Mat is a measuring mat for safe, quick and accurate measurement of your catch, suitable for use on land or in the boat. This small, portable version measures 25 x 60cm, making it a good fit for smaller to mid-sized predators such as perch, zander and trout, while keeping stress on the fish to a minimum during the recording process. Westin has built the mat around fish welfare as well as accuracy: - Fish welfare reminder: wet the mat before measuring to protect the fish's natural mucus (slime coating), which is crucial for the health of your catch. - Accurate measurements: a strong and durable PVC mat with clear and accurate CM measurements, giving reliable results for record keeping and tournament submissions. - Stable and secure: hook-and-loop dots (Velcro) help keep the mat securely in place on boat carpets or deck surfaces, preventing movement during the measurement process. - Size: Small: 25 x 60cm — ideal, compact size for handling small to mid-sized predatory species. - Construction base: Improved and extremely strong and durable PC board — provides a rigid, flat and reliable measuring surface. - Mat material: Strong and durable PVC mat — resists tears and holds up against hooks, ensuring longevity. - Assembly: Stainless steel screws — corrosion-resistant hardware for lasting performance in wet environments. - Storage: Roll up for compact storage — the roll-up design allows for easy, compact storage in tackle bags or boat compartments. - Portability: Delivered in mesh pouch — convenient carry solution that allows the mat to air-dry. - Function: Safe, quick and accurate measurements — essential for responsible catch-and-release angling.
