IMA Komomo SF-125 MRD

Description

The IMA Komomo SF-125 MRD is a floating shallow-water lure built around an internal weight-shifting system that helps it cast long and straight. Rather than a conventional protruding diving vane, it uses a sloped front, which gives it a natural profile and keeps casting resistance low. On the retrieve it dives to around one foot, but lift the rod and crank slowly and it will hold just beneath the surface, rolling tightly from side to side. Stop the retrieve and it sits almost vertical in the water. It works best with the rod tip raised, hunting hard just under the surface. That presentation is especially useful for bass that are up on the surface but ignoring traditional poppers, and it makes the Komomo SF-125 a strong choice in shallow water. The exaggerated head-shaking action and the silhouette it throws just below the surface also let it pull bass up from deeper water. For the most pronounced head-shaking action, cast out and retrieve at a slow to medium pace with the rod tip held at a 45-degree angle. Calm conditions suit it best, as rougher seas can upset its balance. - Length - 125mm / Weight - 16g - Floating lure - Diving Range 0-30cm - Well proven bass lure - Rolling and wobbling action - Each comes three trebles ST-46 # 4 on original # 3 rings - Recommended Area: Shallow, surf, estuary
