Description

The Korda UPF Hooded Top is a technical sun-protection garment built for long sessions on the bank when sunscreen alone is not enough. It carries a laboratory-tested UPF 50 rating, blocking 98% of harmful UV rays, and unlike cotton clothing it keeps that protection working even when damp or sweaty. The fabric is a feather-light 120GSM blend that wicks moisture away from the body, and the added spandex gives it a four-way stretch for unrestricted movement during casting. Long sleeves with integrated thumb holes pull the fabric over the backs of the hands, while the streamlined, low-profile hood covers the ears, throat and back of the neck without blocking peripheral vision. The dark khaki colourway blends into margins, undergrowth and trees, making it useful for surface fishing and stalking as well as general summer angling.
