Wychwood Packaway International Para-Drogue

Description

The Wychwood Packaway International Para-Drogue is a boat drogue designed to bring drift speed under control when the wind picks up. By slowing the boat's drift considerably, it lets anglers present flies for longer periods within the correct feeding zone, raising fishing capability from general boat work to international competition standards. An inbuilt stow bag makes the drogue easy to store and transport, and allows it to be hung up to drip dry. The rot-proof black ropes keep things low-profile on the water, while the dual rope design lets the angler steer the boat while drifting. That same dual rope set-up also gives a fast retrieve when a change of drift is needed — pulling on one rope collapses the drogue quickly. Set up in the traditional two-angler configuration, secured behind each angler, the drogue produces an even keel drift. Moving one of the drogue fixing points makes the boat drift across the wind in the direction the clamp is moved, so anglers can determine the direction they wish to travel. - Built in storage bag with carry handle - 25ft2 [2.25m2] competition legal parachute - 5m Rot-proof 'invisible' ropes - Strong C-Clip metal fixings - Dual arms for drift steering capabilities - Reinforced stitching for strength - Easily collapsible design - Drogue parachute size: 1.8m x 1.3m
