Description

Gardner Camflex Leadfree Leader is a fast-sinking leader material woven from 100% heavy PTFE fibres, giving it the highest possible weight for a non-core leader material. Its supple nature means it hugs the contours of the lake bed when fished slack, and feels natural when a fish brushes against it. The subtle flecked finish offers excellent rig camouflage in almost any aquatic environment, and because the PTFE fibres prevent the colour from darkening dramatically when wet, the shade on the spool matches the colour on the lake bed. The Weedy Green shade blends in superbly when fishing amongst pond weeds or blanket weed, and also works well over pale lake beds such as clean sand and gravel. The Muddy Silt shade is darker, suiting lakes with darker muddy beds or bottoms covered in dark filamentous algae. The braided construction makes CamFlex Leadfree easy to splice, providing strong and neat connections between mainline and leader, as well as onto terminal components.
