Sonubaits F1 Pro Expander Pellets

Description

The Sonubaits Sweet F1 Pro Expander is a sinking expander pellet designed to remove the need for a pellet pump. The manufacturing process removes air from the pellet structure, so they absorb water and sink naturally, taking on a sponge-like texture without mechanical preparation. For 2024, the range has been infused with the Sweet F1 flavour, a high-attraction additive intended to trigger feeding in F1s, carp, and skimmers. The pellets are described as durable and hookable, maintaining a rubbery texture that stays secure on a hook or hair rig, and are suited to pole fishing over micros or groundbait, winter match fishing, and waggler or light feeder setups. To prepare, place the required amount of pellets in a bait tub, cover them completely with water (a squirt of Sweet F1 Liquid can be added for extra attraction), and leave them to soak for around 2 hours or overnight in the fridge for best results. Drain the excess water before use. The soaking water is said to be packed with flavour and can be used for mixing groundbait. Soaked pellets will stay fresh for a day in a sealed tub in a cool place, and can often be kept in the fridge for 2–3 days. They can be frozen, though this may slightly alter their springy texture. The pellets take on dyes well, so food colouring can be added to the soaking water to change their appearance.
