Description

The Guru QM1 15" Bayonet Ready Rig is a pre-tied hooklength option designed for hair rigging hookbaits such as wafters, boilies, and pop-ups. Each rig features a Guru Bayonet at the end of the hair, which is pushed directly into the chosen hookbait to secure it. A small piece of 0.3mm Micro silicone sits on the hook shank and hair to keep the bait in place and ensure the rig performs correctly. These ready rigs are particularly effective when fishing the Hybrid or Method feeder for carp and F1s with wafter hookbaits. The loop at the end of the Bayonet allows semi-buoyant wafters to sit upright off the bottom and behave as intended. The QM1 hook itself is a commercial hook pattern with a heavily swept shape, short shank, and a sharp beaked offset point that provides a secure hook hold and reduces lost fish. All QM1 hooks are PTFE coated to improve durability, sharpness, and longevity. The 15" version comes pre-tied on easy-to-use hooklength spools that fit into Guru Rig Boxes for better organisation. In sizes 10, 12, and 14, the line diameter options have been improved to offer more choice. All rigs are tied on N-Gauge line, a long-standing favourite among pleasure, coarse, and match anglers.
