Description

The Trakker NXG 5 Rod Sleeve 12ft is a heavily padded rod sleeve developed from Trakker's experience in carp luggage, designed to protect some of the most expensive and fragile items in an angler's kit. It offers a generous fit for five fully made-up 12ft rods, with widened tip sections and internal padding that accommodate 50mm K-series guides. Each rod is kept separate by an internal padded sleeve and secured with internal rod straps. A further strap and elastic loop allow a throwing stick to be stowed within the padded protection. The oversized reel pouch section is heavily padded to protect the largest big pit reels. Both sides of the sleeve feature large zipped external pockets sized for retention slings, landing nets, storm poles, and other accessories. On the rear side, a large open pocket at the base can hold additional NXG Rod Sleeves, secured with tension straps on the upper sections. A smaller zipped open pocket accommodates landing net handles or distance sticks, and a neatly positioned zipped pocket just below the main zip stores leads after a session. For transport, the sleeve includes a comfortable removable fully adjustable shoulder strap, a single carry handle balanced when loaded, and two grab handles positioned for loading. The handles keep reels upright and out of harm's way.
