Trakker Tempest RS 200 Camo Social Cap

Description

The Trakker Tempest RS 200 Camo Social Cap is a high-performance accessory designed to enhance the functionality and space of the Trakker Tempest RS 200 Bivvy. It is an ideal addition for anglers seeking to create a larger, more comfortable base camp for socialising, cooking, and storing extra gear, especially on longer sessions. The social cap creates a substantial 1.2m porch area at the front of the bivvy, effectively extending the shelter's footprint. This space is perfect for setting up chairs, storing luggage, or using as a cooking area, keeping the main bivvy interior free and tidy. The cap is made from Trakker's premium, enhanced Aquatexx fabric, a multi-layered, breathable material with a very high 25,000mm hydrostatic head rating, providing exceptional waterproofing and protection from the elements. By covering the top of the bivvy, the social cap adds a layer of insulation that helps to regulate internal temperatures, reducing heat build-up in warm weather and significantly minimising condensation. Twin side openings can be rolled back to promote excellent airflow, which is crucial for reducing condensation and keeping the shelter cool in hot conditions. The Aquatexx fabric incorporates a black-out pigment that reduces light ingress for a darker interior and helps prevent the fabric from fading over time. Two magnetic rod straps are included for securing rods when re-baiting or preparing for a cast. The cap is supported by 16mm pre-formed, black powder-coated aluminium poles, which are lightweight and strong. It comes as a complete package, including T-pegs, a tension strap, and an Aquatexx zipped carry bag, making it easy to transport and set up. The social cap is designed to work with the Tempest RS 200 Bivvy's infill panel or an insect panel, which can be zipped into the front for added protection and privacy. - Expansive porch area creates a 1.2m porch at the front of the bivvy - Enhanced weather protection from multi-layered, breathable Aquatexx fabric with 25,000mm hydrostatic head rating - Superior insulation and condensation control helps regulate internal temperatures - Optimised airflow via twin side openings that roll back - Black-out pigment reduces light ingress and prevents fabric fading - Dual magnetic rod straps for securing rods - High-quality construction with 16mm pre-formed, black powder-coated aluminium poles - Complete kit includes T-pegs, tension strap, and Aquatexx zipped carry bag - Infill panel compatibility with the Tempest RS 200 Bivvy's infill panel or insect panel - Hydrostatic head rating: 25,000mm HH - Dimensions: 177cm (H) x 390cm (W) x 120cm (D) - Weight: 6.70kg - Transport size: 131cm (L) x 17cm (diameter) - Material: Enhanced Aquatexx Camo - Compatibility: designed for the Trakker Tempest RS 200 and Tempest RS 200 Camo Bivvies - Specifically designed for the Tempest RS Camo 200 - Creates a 1.2m porch area to the front of the shelter offering additional space for relaxing and storage - Twin side openings encourage air flow and reduce condensation - Enhanced Aquatexx fabric with multi-layer breathable system, superior water repellency, and black-out pigment to reduce light and heat ingress - Dual magnetic rod straps - 19mm pre-formed, black powder-coated aluminium poles - Supplied with T-pegs, tension strap, and Aquatexx zipped carry bag - Material: Aquatexx - Hydrostatic head rating: 25,000mm HH - Dimensions: 177(H) x 390(W) x 120(D) cm - Weight: 6.70kg - Transport size: 131cm (L) x 17cm (diameter) - Compatible with: (201430) Tempest RS 200, (201434) Tempest RS 200 Insect Panel, (200560) Tempest RS 200 Camo, (200565) Tempest RS 200 Camo Insect Panel
