Korda Kruiser Control Line

Description

The Korda Kruiser Control Line is a dedicated monofilament fishing line specifically engineered for floater and surface fishing applications. It can be used effectively as both a main line and a hooklink material. This line is formulated to be exceptionally soft and supple, promoting a natural presentation for your bait and allowing for effortless casting of lightweight controllers or free-lined baits. Its clear, low-gloss finish is designed to be inconspicuous, helping to make your rig virtually invisible to cruising fish feeding on or near the surface. The Kruiser Control line features a near-neutral buoyancy, ensuring it sits discreetly within the surface film rather than floating high on top, which aids in avoiding spooking wary fish. It offers controlled stretch, providing responsiveness for effective line management, especially in crosswinds, and acting as a shock absorber to help prevent hook-pulls during a fight. The line boasts high knot strength and is specifically rated for use with a Palomar knot, offering reliability at connection points. Its smooth casting properties, combined with low memory, contribute to reduced tangles and accurate bait placement. The Korda Kruiser Control Line is supplied on 150m spools and is available in a range of breaking strains to suit various surface fishing scenarios: - 6lb (0.25mm) - 8lb (0.28mm) - 10lb (0.30mm) - 12lb (0.33mm)
