Description

The Korda Hybrid Stiff is a super-stiff coated braid designed as a versatile hook link material for carp and specimen anglers. It features a tough outer coating that encases a supple inner braided core, allowing for the creation of combi rigs with distinct stiff and supple sections. The coating is robust enough to be knotted or crimped without compromising its integrity and can also be easily stripped to expose the inner braid when required. This coated hook link is particularly effective for setting up boom sections due to its ability to be steamed perfectly straight, ensuring optimal rig presentation. Its stiff nature helps to kick the hook bait away from the lead, reducing tangles and making it suitable for presenting light baits such as pop-ups or wafters over clean, hard bottoms or areas with sparse weed. The material is designed to blend with typical lake bed conditions.
