Each needle features an ergonomic, soft-grip handle for comfortable and secure use. The shafts are constructed from low diameter stainless steel, which aids in penetrating baits without causing splitting or tearing. This set provides specific tools for different baiting and rigging needs: - Edges Stix Stringer Needle: Features a 135mm steel shaft and a hinged gate closure, ideal for easily threading PVA sticks directly onto the hooklink or for use as a stringer needle, preventing tearing of PVA mesh. - Edges Fine Needle: Perfect for hair rigging small boilies and particle baits. - Heavy Needle: Suited for larger boilies and harder hook baits. - Gated Needle: A versatile tool for general hook baits and splicing 45lb Submerge leaders. - Splicing Needle: Designed to neatly splice loops into leadcore or 30lb Submerge leaders. It features a micro-engineered, hinged gate that closes to capture fibres and prevent snagging during the splicing process.
