The Gardner Covert Flexi Bait Screws offer a fast and convenient method for securely mounting hookbaits onto D-rigs and shank-mounted hook arrangements. Each screw is pre-mounted on a 3mm I/D Covert Rig Ring, which allows the bait to slide freely along the hook shank or pivot on a D-rig. This design maximises hookbait movement and helps ensure the hook reacts immediately when a bait is inhaled, optimising rig mechanics. These bait screws are suitable for a variety of hookbaits, including hardened boilies, cork ball and ready-made pop-ups, nuts, and plastic hookbaits.
