Korda Marker Kit

Description

The Korda Marker Kit provides everything needed to set up a marker rod, including an SLR Marker Float, a Marker Stem, and a Marker Lead Probe. The SLR Marker Float is made from high-quality balsa wood rather than plastic, making it incredibly buoyant. As long as the line can run freely through the lead, the float will rise quickly to the surface, and it is recommended to use it with the Marker Stem for the best results. Once on the surface, the bright orange flight on top makes it easy to spot, and its slim diameter allows it to be cast to the horizon, remaining stable in flight. The Marker Probe Lead is designed for feature finding and offers more feel than a conventional lead. Its unique, uncoated shape transmits more vibration back to the rod, especially with braided line, helping you determine what lies ahead, the composition of the lakebed, and how clear it is. The lack of coating also makes it easy to identify the bottom type from marks left on the lead, such as scratches from gravel or clay residue on retrieval. The included Marker Stem features a clip at one end for easy attachment and detachment of the lead, allowing you to change size for longer casts. At the other end, a low-friction, large-eyed ceramic ring lets line run through smoothly, ensuring the SLR Marker Float surfaces when needed. The Marker Stem also has an ultra-buoyant foam section to keep the ceramic ring clear of bottom debris and help the float pop up. Each pack contains: - One SLR Marker Float - One Marker Stem - One 3oz Marker Lead Probe
