Description

The Korda Eazi-Melt PVA String is designed for anglers who use PVA systems, offering reliability and convenience for various presentations. This PVA string is known for being super strong when dry, making it well-suited for tying the tops of PVA bags. It is supplied in a waterproof container to protect the string from moisture before use. Each spool provides 20 meters of fine woven PVA string, allowing for the creation of many stringers. The Eazi-Melt PVA String is a woven PVA material that dissolves quickly once submerged in water. Korda recommends doubling up the string when pulling baits onto a loop, then placing the loop over the hook and pulling the top bait back against the hook to tighten it. This method helps prevent the loop from slipping off the hook during casting. While excellent for PVA bags and stringers, this PVA string is not recommended for tying hair rigs tightly to the hook. If pulled too tight, water may not penetrate the inner PVA strands, potentially preventing the knot from dissolving completely. For tight knots on hair rigs, Korda suggests using their Kwik-Melt solid tape instead.
