Description

Korda KamaKote Hook Point Compound is a protective coating for anglers who sharpen their own hooks or use Kamakura hooks. Sharpened hooks are prone to corrosion once submerged, which can quickly dull their initial edge. While Kamakura hooks are less susceptible to underwater corrosion thanks to their ultra-smooth, almost polished finish, both types benefit from a light application of Kama Kote. Unlike standard Vaseline, this compound is totally odourless and forms a barrier between the water and the steel, keeping hooks in tip-top condition while they lie in wait for their moment.
