Korda Sub Braid

Description

The Korda Sub Braid is a high-quality, sinking braided mainline specifically designed for carp fishing in the UK and beyond. This fishing line is known for its ability to sink exceptionally fast, allowing it to hug the contours of the lakebed and remain inconspicuous to wary fish. Constructed as a classic single braided mainline, Korda Sub Braid offers unparalleled flexibility and is considerably more supple than traditional fluorocarbon mainlines. This suppleness contributes to its ability to settle effectively on the bottom, making it ideal for slack line fishing. Its robust construction also means it is very strong and highly abrasion resistant, capable of performing well in weedy or snaggy environments. A key characteristic of the Korda Sub Braid is its zero stretch, which provides excellent sensitivity and immediate bite indication. This lack of stretch also allows anglers to feel the lakebed more accurately when casting, helping to identify the bottom structure. The braid is designed to be tough and durable, with good knotting properties, and it resists twisting unlike monofilament lines, aiding in a longer lifespan and consistent performance. The Korda Sub Braid is presented in a subtle SUB Green colour, which is a very dark green, almost black, chosen to blend effectively with various lakebed conditions.
